Kingdom Warfare: You’ve Read About the Nephilim and Demons—But Do You Know How to Fight Them?

By Tim Gregory, Ph.D. Pastor, Bible teacher, missionary, and author.

The 7 Biggest Mistakes Believers Make in Spiritual Warfare!

  • Ignoring the Reality of the Unseen Realm — Many are fascinated by the Book of Enoch, but never realize the same spiritual forces described there are still active today, influencing thoughts, systems, and lives.
  • Treating the Nephilim and Watchers as Myth Instead of as a Warning — What if these accounts weren’t just ancient stories, but a glimpse into how rebellion entered the spiritual order and still impacts the world today?
  • Seeking Hidden Knowledge Without Biblical Anchoring — Curiosity about the unseen world can open doors, but without grounding in Scripture, it can lead to confusion, deception, or misplaced focus.
  • Failing to Recognize the Enemy’s Ongoing Strategy — The rebellion described in ancient texts didn’t end, it evolved. Many believers are unaware of how the enemy still operates through deception, influence, and spiritual attack.
  • Living Without Awareness of Spiritual Authority — People search for deeper knowledge, but overlook the greater truth: in Christ, you’ve been given authority over the very forces you’re trying to understand.
  • Being Intrigued by Darkness Instead of Equipped for Victory — It’s easy to study fallen beings; but far more important to know how to stand against them, resist them, and walk in victory daily.
  • Never Connecting Ancient Truths to Present Day Warfare — The biggest mistake? Leaving what you discover in theory, and not applying it to protect your mind, your family, and your spiritual life.
